WEEKLY CLASSES THAT DELVE INTO THE TRUE MEANING BEHIND THE SIGNS

This three-class course takes introducing you to the Astrological signs to a whole new level- incorporating your senses and associating concepts that you may already be familiar with in order to develop a more fundamental understanding of the signs.

Day 01 / intro
This is the Orientation period. Class One is all about curating a base of understanding to build off of. We will introduce what astrology signs are and start to become familiar with the themes of each of the 12 astrological signs

Day 02 /review
Class Two will be Presentations and Review. Each student will have taken home after the First Class one of the 12 signs to research and present on during the next class. This is an interactive time, students are encouraged to engage the senses during these presentations

Day 03 / intro2
In the Third Class, we will continue to learn the fundamental concepts behind each of the signs, you will be able to understand how the energies of the signs work together and/or clash. Once we understand the goals and the motivations behind each sign individually, we will slowly start to integrate with knowledge through placements

Day 04- review final
The final class in Astrology 101. We will take all that we learned the past couple of days and review by teaming up with a partner in class and creatively present on the signs in their Big Three (Sun Sign, Moon Sign and Rising Sign) using the fundamental building blocks we have learned of each of the signs. The Big Three is a sneak peek into Astrology 102 where we will delve deeper into the Planets and Placements
Course structure
This is a course consisting of four 2-hour long classes. Designed to be interactive and to integrate your senses to help you connect with the information on a deeper level. Attendees will receive a gift box with the materials for each class upon arrival.

Inner Child Healing
It all begins with deciding you’re ready to start on the journey to growth. By combining humanity’s physiological needs for sensory stimulation and the need to learn to regulate and reframe one’s own perspective, triggers and habits. We learn that we cannot build upon a shotty or rotting foundation, and instead we must deconstruct in order to reconstruct- and rebuild upon a sturdy base. This doesn’t mean to move backwards, nor to stay stuck in the past, but rather to change the core lesson of the triggers and to move forward- rewriting instead of writing over the old subconscious programming.

This biweekly inner child class will consist of
generational healing through shadow work, questions proposed and answers worked through with arts and crafts - connecting to your personal inner child nostalgia.
Also, sensory regulation play through techniques that engage the vestibular system, proprioceptive system, visual and auditory systems, tactile(touch, olfactory (smell), and even Gustatory (taste)!
Each class will focus on which systems need targeted the most, based on some sensory awareness questions.
while enjoying the sensory play and arts, we will be practicing allowing ourselves to heal through creating a safe space to be our inner child without fear of repercussions or judgement and to relearn how to take care of your inner child without the bias of your childhood, how to reframe your perspective and move forward through shadow work - incorporating your personal astrological moon sign and how it affects your innerchild.
