HOW TO MAKE YOUR LIFE EASIER *
A shadow work book unlike any you've seen before. In this book, you will find out how your mind, body and emotions influence each other, to recognize and rewrite the subtle programming of your subconscious. You will learn how to process your emotions on a deeper level, and how to release that trapped energy. I had intellectualized everything I experienced, yet I still felt the same way, I was searching for the Answer that would finally make everything click. These past 5 years I have been focused on learning how my brain and body work together, and how to process this stagnant energy in order to make life easier on myself. I started sharing my journey on social media and a large community of people expressed they felt the same way, so I decided to write this book to share my findings.

How To Make Your Life Easier
“When a person experiences trauma, their body can hold onto the stress and pain associated with that event. This is because trauma can trigger the body's fight-or-flight response, releasing stress hormones like adrenaline and cortisol. ”
How To Make Your Life Easier
“Imagine a scene in the wild where a small deer is grazing peacefully in a meadow. Suddenly, it senses danger—a predator is lurking nearby, ready to pounce. Instinctively, the deer bolts, running for its life as adrenaline and cortisol flood its system, enhancing its speed and focus. After a heart-pounding chase, the deer manages to escape and find a safe spot. Now, something fascinating happens: the deer pauses and begins to shake its entire body vigorously.
This seemingly simple act is the deer's way of releasing the pent-up adrenaline and cortisol, allowing it to transition from a state of high alert and fear back to its natural, calm state. They experience the fear, release it, and move on. If the deer were to stay in that heightened state of fear and adrenaline, it would suffer long-term issues, such as impaired health and reduced ability to respond to future threats effectively. Humans, on the other hand, often do not allow themselves this physical release. Instead of shaking off and processing the traumatic energy, we tend to suppress it, pushing it deep inside where it can fester.”

Self Awareness is the motivation behind my coaching approach. We can only meet others as deeply as we have met ourselves, if we wish to cultivate meaningful relations with others and meet them halfway, we must first develop a meaningful understanding of where we are coming from.
What People Are Saying
“I love, first of all, the choice of materials. The textures of the cover and paper are very nice and sensorily pleasing to me lol. I appreciate the fact that this book is scientific, and pulls (so far) largely from academic text. I like that you speak in both plain and specific language. The book is helpful for my attention issues, because there’s no excess of information. Everything is actually relevant. Skimming isn’t even necessary. I’ve been following along with a little journal I got, and answering the questions/taking notes. I’ve gained some self-discovery (well along the inner child journey, but the teen stuff really did get me thinking) as well as a LOT of grace”

“This author is really informative, using her drive for self knowledge get her to "next steps" after getting stuck in hamster-wheel therapy. As someone who has spent years in counseling and as an over-intellectualizer., I've been looking for that "hand-holding" to break into somatic experiencing. Glad to have the info, recommendations, (and it's in a workbook form, I love writing in my books!) to start feeling better. Will write again to check in.”
